Walt Whatley, who moved to Colorado in 1969, formed Walt and Associates Ltd. to bring together a core group of people who specialize in residential real estate transactions. And the rest is history.

Today, Walt is annually rated in the top 1% of all realtors in Denver. He works closely with his team of licensed real estate agents, all of whom use advanced technologies to continually stay abreast of the real estate market and to bring excellent service to the Buyers and Sellers he represents.

Continual education is an ongoing process for Walt and his team. They attend several courses each year. In addition to having received many certificates of achievement for his real estate sales, he has also received three certifications from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the world’s largest trade association. These certifications include:

  • Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)

  • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

  • Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)


Less than 1% of all agents have earned this combination of certifications.

Also, he has acquired the qualifications to be a member of Coldwell Bankers RELOCATION TEAM. This means he is authorized to represent corporate executives being transferred into and out of the Denver area.
